Workers Injured In Chemical Accident
At a Ford parts facility in Brownstown Township in Michigan, an accident
involving chemicals injured two workers.
This happened “when chemicals were added to the waste water treatment
of the e-coat process and was contained to a small area. The accident
involved chemical use by an employee and a second colleague was burned
in an attempt to help.” The Ford facility has resumed operations
and more information about the injured workers in unknown at this time.
Working with chemicals can be dangerous. Employers owe it to their workers
