Michael Hammond is originally from Statham, Georgia and now resides in the Atlanta area. He studied Social Science Education at The University of Georgia. After graduating, Michael worked as a high school teacher and basketball coach. Michael also worked in marketing for a private university. He decided to begin a legal career as an attorney to help people in need and graduated from Emory Law School.
As an attorney, Michael has focused his practice on workers’ compensation cases. Michael previously handled workers’ compensation claims for a prominent defense firm and understands how to deal with difficult insurance companies. He also works as a mediator helping injured workers resolve their disputes. Michael is committed to helping his clients navigate the legal system and achieve the best outcomes possible.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid sports fan. He enjoys cheering for the hometown Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves. Most of all, Michael enjoys being with his wife and children outside of work.
