Bio
Michael Kane, originally from Buffalo, New York has worked tirelessly to represent injured workers against insurance carriers in all aspects of litigation. He is experienced in representing workers who have suffered a wide variety of injuries across many industries and trades.
Michael began his career working at a nonprofit in Buffalo where he headed a legal services program that worked exclusively with mental health consumers. After this rewarding work, he transitioned to the private sector to assist injured workers.
He was an Upstate New York Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2021-2024, a distinction that no more than 2.5% of attorneys in any state can earn.
He earned his law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended Michigan State University graduating with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Political Science.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling and is an avid sports fan.
