As the managing partner at the Law Offices of Nathaniel F. Hansford, LLC, Nathaniel F. Hansford is highly experienced in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Across his 20+ years of practice, he has personally helped thousands of workers’ compensation clients in Georgia and Alabama, having secured millions of dollars for them along the way.

Prior to advocating for injured workers, Mr. Hansford defended insurance companies against injury and workers’ compensation claims. This unique background has allowed him to develop comprehensive on behalf of injured workers since he made the switch in 2007. Now focused on being a zealous advocate for the injured, he has secured million-dollar results for his clients time and time again.

Outside of the office, Nathaniel loves to spend time with his family and help his community. He is recently married and a proud stepfather. Locals also know him as a frequent attendee of the Buckhead Church.

Community Involvement

Attorney Nathaniel Hansford is adamant about helping local communities, which is a belief that the entire law firm shares. We partnered with the “Back on My Feet” organization as a participant of the 2019 Meaningful Miles 5K! The event benefited programs that assist homeless people in Atlanta and across the country get back into the workforce, find meaningful careers, and begin a new chapter in their lives. Nathaniel is also on the Board of “Back on My Feet,” which allows him to be even more involved in its direction and initiatives.

He remains active with Chris 180, which helps provide care and opportunities for homeless children. Nathaniel helps the Atlanta Mission Homeless Shelter, stays active with Hope Atlanta, and participates in activities that benefit “Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse.”

Additionally, Nathaniel is on a Georgia preservation board that helps secure and preserve historical properties throughout the state.
